Hometailor is built around a simple idea: buyers and sellers deserve access to real market data before they make any decision.

The Costa del Sol property markets carry thousands of listings and very little reliable data. Asking prices are often inflated. Price per square metre varies sharply between neighbouring areas with no clear explanation. Buyers regularly commit hundreds of thousands of euros on the basis of agent opinions and portal photography alone.

We publish price per sqm by location, track market trends monthly, and structure every recommendation around what the numbers actually show. Where the data is unavailable or unreliable, we say so.
